Zakapp Terms

By using the Zakapp mobile application and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1) Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal, non‑commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2) Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) User Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The Service does not provide financial, legal, or religious advice.

4) No Warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

5) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zakapp and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

7) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
