Administrative Support

At Headstart Essentials, we are committed to providing administrative support to help our agents achieve top performance with our partners. To cover the costs of business expenses including partner fees, software costs, and bank fees, we charge a low flat service fee of $40 per invoice period, which also includes the fee charged by our partner Arise of $19.75. This fee allows us to provide ongoing support to our agents throughout their time working with us.

Report Processing

Report processing is a crucial part of our partnership with you as an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer. We are committed to providing you with accurate and timely reports of your performance and earnings. You will receive a detailed report that contains all the information we receive from our partners, without anything being hidden or held back. This includes any bonuses and incentives offered by your client, which are passed on to you in full.

We understand the importance of transparency in our business relationship, and we strive to ensure that you have access to all the information you need to make informed decisions about your work and earnings.

Record Keeping

In addition to the client opportunity, Independent Contractor Agreement and SoW being kept on file for the duration of your service with the client, we recommend that you keep a record of all of your business activities, such as hours worked, invoices submitted and payments received. This will be helpful for tax purposes and for keeping track of your income and expenses. We advise that you consult with a tax specialist on what records you should keep and for how long..

Mentoring Services

At Headstart Essentials, we provide mentoring services to our Independent Contractors to help them succeed in their role. Our team of experienced mentors are dedicated to ensuring that you are performing at your best by providing guidance on how to meet quality and performance metrics. We work with you to improve your skills and provide feedback on areas that require improvement.
