Mentoring Sessions
At Headstart Essentials, we are dedicated to your success. We closely monitor your Arise star performance and provide personalized mentoring sessions to help you improve and reach your goals. Unlike other businesses, we offer one-on-one mentorship to ensure you receive the support you need. Our mentoring sessions cover topics like handling escalations, time management, and improving performance metrics. We are committed to your success and will work with you every step of the way.
Low Fees
Our fees are very affordable, starting as low as $0.00 and going up to a maximum of $40 every two weeks. The amount you pay depends on the number of hours you work, so when you work less, you pay less.
Fast Payment
We pay you twice a month through automatic payroll, one day after we receive the invoice from our clients. You can choose to receive payment through EMT or direct deposit at no extra cost.
