My Story

Hey there! My name is Amna, and I’m a wife and mother to three young children. When I first moved to Canada, my main focus was being there for my kids as they grew and needed my guidance.

During those early years, I put my career aspirations on hold and poured all my energy into raising my family. However, as my children became more independent, a desire to rebuild my career started to stir within me. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but I was determined to find a way.

In 2022, one of my friends introduced me to Arise, a platform that offered opportunities for people like me to work from home as a Customer Service Agent. I saw this as my chance to re-enter the workforce while still being available for my children. I eagerly completed the training and embarked on my journey as an Independent Business Owner.

With experience, my dedication and hard work began to pay off. I realized that I could not only succeed on my own but also help others in similar situations. With a leap of faith, I decided to expand my business by hiring other customer service agents. My mission was clear: to provide work opportunities that respected the work-life balance I valued.

Now, I proudly balance my roles as a customer service professional, business owner, a mother and a wife. I can be seen dropping my kids off at school and spending quality time with them, creating cherished memories.
